I go through your existing books in QuickBooks and fix what’s out of place. I find and correct errors, categorize past transactions, reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, and organize your records so your reports are accurate and up to date. This gives you a clean starting point you can trust going forward.
I track and organize your bills, schedule payments, and make sure vendors are paid on time so you avoid late fees and keep good relationships.
I send invoices, record customer payments, and follow up on past-due invoices so you know who has paid and what’s still owed.

I have done many things in my career, and I finally found what I want to be when I grow up. My most recent jobs were Accounts Payable Clerk and Production Manager, and I am certified in QuickBooks levels 1 and 2 and QuickBooks Payroll.
When I'm not working, I am most likely traveling or dreaming of my next travel destination.

I currently use QuickBooks, but I'm open and eager to learn new programs.
I do not handle tax preparation, as I am not a CPA or Enrolled Agent. My job is to get and keep your books organized, and provide the necessary reports to your tax preparer of choice. If you don't have a CPA or Enrolled Agent, I'm happy to make a referral.
